Team Impact In this position, you will be an important member of the PFS team. This team plays a crucial customer service-based and operational role within the organization by taking ownership of administrative tasks such as medical billing and resolving edit and denials. In this position, you will also play a key role in the timely accounts receivable follow up and collections. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Responsibilities Corrects pre-billing edits and ensures outbound claim compliance Follow-up on A/R in accordance with pre-established goals/ proper data recording Utilize all available tools to pursue accurate and timely reimbursement including internal tools, as well as payer meetings, payer websites, and provider representatives Promptly resolve denied claims with a goal of one touch resolution Identify trends/errors and coordinate with colleagues to suggest areas of improvement Utilize active listening skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
