Bankruptcy Attorney – Complex Restructuring & Insolvency

New York, NY OR Wilmington DE OR Hackensack NJ

A leading firm client is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing practice in New York, New Jersey, or Delaware . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in complex corporate restructuring, insolvency, and related litigation.

You’ll be part of a nationally active team handling high-profile matters in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Texas, and Florida . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside respected bankruptcy professionals in a sophisticated, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy proceedings
• Draft motions, briefs, and filings in federal bankruptcy and related courts
• Conduct legal research and manage case strategy
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and court appearances
• Collaborate with cross-office teams on multijurisdictional matters

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy, & restructuring
• Bar admission in New York, New Jersey, or Delaware
