Job Description

Our client, a leader in environmental health and safety, is seeking an EHS Technician to join their team. As an EHS Technician, you will be part of the production operations supporting a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EHS Technician

Location: Searcy, AR

Pay Range: $19 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support production operations, calibrate, and maintain various types of environmental processing equipment.
• Diagnose basic equipment failures, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary maintenance.
• Operate and manage hazardous waste in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regulatory inspections and complete energy control procedures (LOTO) as required.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation related to safety and environmental standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with hazardous materials is preferred.
• Knowledge of emergency precautions and disposal methods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
