Responsibilities

• Install garage doors and openers with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing garage doors and opener systems.
• Assess customer needs and provide accurate quotes for installation and repair services.
• Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, including photos and documentation for client files.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and installation equipment; report needs to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in garage door installation or a related technical trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
