Graduate Consultant - Business Analyst for EMPC with tech background

This in-between is where Business Analysts reside, acting as a bridge between the client and team. You will establish the outcomes software must achieve, assess how it will be used, and then generate bold ideas with our developers to create custom applications. You will work with clients across a variety of sectors and ensure the business-critical software solutions we develop deliver real business value every time.

As a Business Analyst Graduate at Thoughtworks, you will be part of agile teams driving digital transformation and delivering high-impact solutions for mid-to-large enterprise clients. Job responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• You will work in agile teams that facilitate organizational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses.
• Translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• You will be an effective liaison between the client and a team consisting of SMEs, C-suite executives, Experience Designers, Product Managers, Consultant Developers and QAs.
• Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications, strategy, and outcomes using the latest technologies.
• Facilitate and contribute to agile ceremonies, product discovery, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Evangelize Agile, Lean and Continuous Development analysis best practices.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

• You have less than 1 year of professional experience working as a business analyst.
• Technical background on software engineering.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery concepts.
• Experience with agile principles (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge in technology solutions supports business goals.
• Ability to map out user journeys, process flows, or system interactions.
• Exposure to modeling or analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart.

Benefits:

The annual salary range posted is subject to many factors and may vary depending on experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
