VAC Service Technician – Residential | $45–$60/hr | Urgently Hiring | Basalt, CO Area

We’re looking to hire a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join a well-established residential HVAC contractor serving high-end new construction and renovation projects in the Aspen/Snowmass area.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Service, diagnostics, and start-up of residential forced air heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Working with low-voltage controls , mini-splits , furnaces , and heat pumps
• Airflow diagnostics , refrigerant handling, and system troubleshooting
• Coordinating with homeowners and contractors with professionalism and clarity
• Using personal mechanics tools; service vehicle provided

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of relevant HVAC field experience or HVAC education/certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and project teams
• Familiarity with high-end residential mechanical systems preferred
• Must currently live within, or be willing to relocate (at your own expense), to within 30 road miles of Basalt, CO
• Preferred areas: Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Silt, or Redstone
