Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for data, business operations, and continuous improvement. You will support the business analysis team in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making
Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to support project deliverables
Conduct market, competitor, or customer research as needed
Participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams and stakeholders
Support testing and validation of new systems or process changes
Maintain clear and organized documentation for all assigned tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player with a willingness to learn
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Internship or coursework related to business analysis or project management
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SQL
Certification (e.g., ECBA from IIBA) is a plus
