About the Role:

As a Kindergarten Teacher Aide, you will work alongside lead teachers to support classroom instruction, help maintain an organized and engaging learning environment, and provide direct support to students throughout the school day. Your role is essential in helping create a safe, structured, and nurturing space where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities
• Provide assistance to individual students or small groups as directed
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, meals, and outdoor play
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Reinforce classroom expectations and positive behavior
• Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup
• Participate in school events and staff meetings as needed

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education or child development preferred
• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is highly preferred
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass both state and federal background checks
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and well-being
