Here are some benefits of working at Gold’s Gym: Work in a fun environment with great people Great benefits package including 401k, medical, vision, dental, free gym memberships, and discounts Opportunities for growth within the company We want talented individuals who: Have a positive, upbeat, and outgoing attitude Are passionate about hospitality and excellence for our members Can work in a dynamic, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment without sacrificing quality of service Have fitness industry experience (preferred) Love to constantly learn and grow When you come to work you’ll: Assemble and manage a fully engaged, high-performing membership team that aligns with company initiatives and culture Ensure project/department milestones and goals are met within budgets Enforce all club rules, policies, and procedures Keep the club fully staffed through application review, interviewing, and hiring recommendations Manage membership sales generation Develop and monitor metrics including employee retention and satisfaction Train staff to generate leads and new business Manage employee performance through coaching and creating a positive work environment Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to review performance and set goals Must Haves: Strong business judgment and analytical skills Effective communication and listening skills Delegation and organizational skills Ability to create a positive environment and willingness for self-development Resourcefulness to improve operations Leadership qualities with motivational and team-building skills College degree (preferred) Current CPR certification This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in a clean uniform.
