Our mission is to provide a nurturing and respectful environment for aging and disabled adults that honors the dignity, diversity, and individuality of each resident. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Live-In Caregiver to join our team and contribute to the foundational culture and success of our home.

Position Overview

The Live-In Caregiver will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of care within our home. This is a unique opportunity to be a live-in caregiver in the home and part of a dynamic team, with your own private quarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily care of residents, including personal care, medication management, and activity planning.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and care team.
• Maintain care standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to decipher and comprehend resident care plans, including assessments, evaluations, and updates to meet changing needs.
• Act as a liaison between residents and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Two or more verifiable years of experience providing direct care, prior experience in an adult care home setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of the regulations and standards governing adult care homes.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to adults with varying needs.
• Proficiency in English.
• Attend required State orientation and/or education.
• Approved background check.
• Ability to live on-site within the care home.
