This is a unique position that combines some inside sales, some marketing coordination, and some data analysis.

Job Description:

• Oversee and take responsibility for all Sales and Marketing coordination activities
• Bid Appointment Review and Analysis
  • Review daily sales calendar
  • Adjust/reschedule if necessary
  • Analyze situational conditions to prep consultants
    • Evaluate bid appointments for bid eligibility (multi-family vs. site-built, etc.); possible issues with ownership status (property listed for sale, ambiguous commercial classification; etc.); prior FS history (previous bids and/or service activities, etc.)
    • Update dispatch sheet, FieldEdge records and consultant prior to appointment
• Follow-Up
  • Call prospects post-bid to pulse decision status, solicit and answer questions, etc.
  • Communicate any issues/changes/progress to FS consultant
• ​​​​​​​ Sales Facilitation
  • ​​​​​​​ Facilitate the onboarding of new homeowners and their orders
  • Assist homeowners with the process flow of their order; answer questions; provide updated bid sheets; notify sales consultants of any changes of conditions
  • Coordinate statement-of-work proposal preparation and collecting of homeowner signatures on proposal and ancillary documents.
  • Receive and review finance applications
    • Obtain clarifications, corrections and missing data from homeowner(s)
    • Communicate finance terms to homeowner applicants
    • Explain declined status to homeowners; Work with homeowner(s) on corrective actions and/or alternatives
  • Brief project management team with unique information about new orders
• Sales and Marketing Statistical Data
  • ​​​​​​​ Track, quantify and document sales and marketing statistics (e.g., conversion rates; close rates; bids and conversions by lead type; etc.)
  • Regularly review website and other digital presence traffic and results
  • Review and assess competitor Internet presence and tactics
  • Index and regularly update competitor product lines and financing options
• Marketing Liaison
  • ​​​​​​​ First point-of-contact and primary communication channel with web management contractor and/or digital ad agency; graphic artists; etc.
  • Keeping up-to-date on alternative marketing channels and platforms not currently being used by FS
• Ongoing Training
  • ​​​​​​​ Train and review performance of unit assistant. Help refine unit assistant’s skillsets
  • Crosstrain assistant in activities outside her/his brief
