The RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Graphic & UX/UI Designer who excels at bridging visual storytelling with strategic user-centered design. This role is ideal for a design leader who can craft elegant and intuitive brand experiences across all digital and print touchpoints—while elevating Skyscraper’s premium identity and customer-centric mission.
Key Responsibilities· Lead and execute visual design projects across brand, digital marketing, social media, print, and web.
· Design intuitive, high-conversion UX/UI experiences for landing pages, digital forms, dashboards, and internal tools.
· Partner closely with marketing, development, and leadership teams to create cohesive and strategic visual solutions.
· Maintain and continuously evolve our visual brand guidelines to support Skyscraper’s growth and storytelling.
· Conduct and apply UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
· Ensure that every visual touchpoint reflects a premium, trustworthy, and welcoming customer experience.
What We’re Looking For· 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio across digital, print, and branding.
· Proven UX/UI design expertise with deep understanding of interaction design, user flows, and responsive design best practices.
· Mastery of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping platforms (e.g., InVision, Framer).
· Exceptional skills in typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
· Strong creative vision balanced with strategic thinking and business acumen.
· Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills—able to champion ideas while incorporating feedback.
