Responsibilities of the Tax Manager:

• Oversee global tax compliance for federal, state, and international tax filings

• Lead quarterly and annual tax provision processes in accordance with ASC 740

• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on transfer pricing and tax planning strategies

• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization

• Support audits and inquiries from tax authorities

• Assist in M&A due diligence and integration as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master’s in Tax preferred

• 6+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting or corporate tax experience

• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state tax laws and reporting requirements

• Experience with ASC 740 and OneSource Tax Provision or similar software

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
