Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive the growth of our safety sunglasses line across assigned territories. This role demands flexibility—candidates must be ready to travel extensively (by car and plane), work from home, and spend time on-site as required. All travel and work-related expenses are fully reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management & Travel
Own and nurture a sales territory spanning multiple states. Travel by car and plane to visit key accounts, attend trade shows, and conduct field sales meetings.
On‐Site & Remote Engagement
Maintain a hybrid work schedule—work from home when not traveling or meeting clients onsite. Attend in-person visits at customer locations (e.g., construction sites, industrial facilities) and set up product demos.
Sales Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, develop, and win new business within industrial, construction, manufacturing, safety, and healthcare markets.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and build a robust pipeline in CRM.
Product Demonstration & Training
Conduct professional product demos, presentations, and training sessions at client sites. Clearly communicate product features, technical specs, and safety compliance.
Relationship Building & Account Retention
Cultivate long-term relationships with procurement officers, safety managers, ops teams, and retailers. Provide exceptional post-sale support and regular check-ins.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Submit accurate forecasting, travel schedules, and customer visit reports on time.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3‐5 years of outside sales experience—preferably in safety PPE (e.g., safety glasses, eyewear, hard hats, work gloves) or related industrial safety products.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently; willing to fly as needed.
Comfortable working independently across multiple settings: at home, customer sites, and corporate offices.
Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate technical products effectively.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Budget and expense report management experience.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer schedules and cover time zones in multiple states.
