Role Overview

We are hiring a Test Analyst IV , a senior technical role focused on enterprise test strategy, automation frameworks, and high-impact software quality assurance.

As a Test Analyst IV , you will oversee complex test architectures, enterprise test planning, and advanced automation strategies that drive scalability, reliability, and performance in mission-critical software. You will work closely with software architects, DevOps teams, and product leaders to develop and optimize QA best practices across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

For Senior QA Engineers (7+ Years of Experience in Test Automation & Performance Testing)

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated test frameworks across enterprise applications.
• Architect and enhance enterprise-wide QA strategies, ensuring scalable automation solutions.
• Implement shift-left testing methodologies , integrating automated testing early in the development lifecycle.
• Oversee test environment management , ensuring smooth execution of automated, functional, and performance tests.
• Drive API and microservices testing strategies , validating complex service integrations.
• Optimize and execute CI/CD pipeline testing to support DevOps-driven software deployment.
• Conduct risk-based testing and prioritize defect management for high-impact releases.
• Lead security testing and compliance validation for enterprise software solutions.

For Enterprise Test Strategy Leaders (10+ Years of Experience in QA & Test Leadership)

• Define and implement global testing frameworks to standardize QA practices across enterprise teams.
• Establish and manage AI-driven testing solutions to improve defect prediction and test efficiency.
• Lead test automation governance , ensuring maintainability, scalability, and ROI of automation investments.
• Collaborate with CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise IT leaders to align QA initiatives with business objectives.
• Mentor, develop, and manage enterprise testing teams , guiding junior analysts and engineers.
• Spearhead enterprise-wide DevOps and test automation integration strategies .
• Partner with software architects and cloud engineers to optimize containerized testing, AI-driven test generation, and ML-based test analytics.
