Position Summary

We are seeking a highly connected, relationship-driven Trade Pro Manager to drive the growth of our Trade Program. This role focuses on acquiring new trade professionals (interior designers, builders, general contractors) while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate brings a deep network in the home improvement industry, especially within the Bay Area or California region, and has a proven track record in relationship-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new trade professionals through networking, outreach, referrals, and showroom events
• Manage and grow relationships with existing Trade Pro accounts, driving engagement and repeat business
• Own the full trade sales cycle: registration, showroom appointment, quoting, closing, and post-sale support
• Leverage CRM tools to track trade partner engagement, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and co-branded events for the trade community
• Provide feedback to product, ops, and showroom teams on trade needs, objections, and opportunities
• Serve as the face of Ronbow for the professional community; attend industry events, conferences, and design expos

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in trade sales, account management, or business development
• Existing network of Bay Area interior designers, contractors, builders, or developers strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving B2B relationship growth and hitting revenue goals
• Strong interpersonal, follow-up, and consultative selling skills
• Highly organized and data-conscious; CRM fluency a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of cabinetry, home improvement, or building materials is a significant advantage
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Chinese is a plus
