Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently • Coordinate all pre-listing activities (photography, staging, inspections, repairs, vendor scheduling) • Draft and maintain MLS entries with compelling descriptions and up-to-date data • Launch marketing campaigns: signage, digital ads, broker tours, and open houses • Open and manage sales files: prepare disclosures, CAR forms, and track all deadlines • Liaise with escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions • Provide timely updates and proactive problem-solving to agents, buyers, and sellers • Track funding timelines, arrange final walkthroughs, and compile closing packages Qualifications: • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license • 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry preferred • Strong knowledge of CAR forms, MLS protocols, and escrow/title workflows • Proficiency with MLS platforms, e-signature tools, and CRMs • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Masterful organization and deadline management • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a client-first mindset Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly • Coordinate all pre-listing activities (photography, staging, inspections, repairs, vendor scheduling) • Draft and maintain MLS entries with compelling descriptions and up-to-date data • Launch marketing campaigns: signage, digital ads, broker tours, and open houses • Open and manage sales files: prepare disclosures, CAR forms, and track all deadlines • Liaise with escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions • Provide timely updates and proactive problem-solving to agents, buyers, and sellers • Track funding timelines, arrange final walkthroughs, and compile closing packages HOMEmade Real Estate
