Salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. Description Supports the Government Tactical Air (TACAIR) Reference Implementation Laboratory (RIL) at NIWC Pacific, San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing test plans, objectives, measures, and evaluation criteria, including T&E strategy, Master Plan, and requirement verification. Coordinating with test organizations to ensure test objectives are met and resolving issues. Reviewing T&E results and analysis for rigor and accuracy. Reviewing emerging RF communication and network technologies for airborne applications. Note: Filling this position is contingent upon funding. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, physics, or computer science. At least 3 years of T&E experience supporting programs through various acquisition phases. Experience in preparing, maintaining, and reviewing test documentation. Skills in data analysis, test design, and scientific interpretation related to C4ISR systems. Desired Skills Experience with RF test equipment like spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers. Experience with network testing equipment, open architecture constructs, and waveforms such as LPD and LPI. Clearance This position requires U.S. citizenship and a U.S. Government security clearance at the SECRET level.
