Job Description

We're seeking a full-time Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA and condominium communities in North Austin. This is a 100% on-site role with a respected and well-established property management firm known for its professionalism, structure, and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between HOA boards, residents, and vendors

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets; review monthly financials with board members

  • Coordinate routine maintenance, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects

  • Conduct regular property inspections and enforce community standards (DCC&Rs)

  • Plan, facilitate, and document board and annual meetings

  • Respond to homeowner inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and compliance documentation

  • Ensure adherence to governing documents and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HOA, condo, or residential property management experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficiency in budgeting, vendor coordination, and policy enforcement

  • Comfortable managing multiple communities and prioritizing tasks independently

  • CAM license a plus (or willingness to obtain with company support)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (some flexibility available)

  • Location: 100% onsite - Cedar Park / North Austin

  • Base Pay: Starts at $45,000 - 50,000/year

    • Candidates who already hold a CAM license will start at a higher base

    • Once trained and actively managing a full portfolio, total compensation typically reaches $80,000+ , depending on performance and the number of communities managed. Earnings are driven by monthly commission tied to portfolio size and efficiency.
