Support a collaborative environment centered around the customer. Engage in networking and talent sourcing. Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities. Support alternative purchasing options such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home to enhance connectivity. Utilize digital tools like QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores to broaden product discovery. Maintain high standards of store execution and productivity. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Report category opportunities or needs to management. Ensure all store standards are met consistently. Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred. Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and operate chemicals; lift/climb up to 30 lbs.; climb moderately. Ability to operate the register, stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required. Proven success in building positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers. Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
